What exactly do I get each month?

How are requests scoped?
Send requests as they come up and we work through them in order. Each request draws on your monthly allowance, and anything beyond it is quoted separately in writing before we build it.
Which plan should I start with?
The retainer tiers differ in the size of the monthly allowance; the current published rates are on the Pricing page. Tell us your usual volume of requests and we will point you at the right one.
Who handles the work?
A consistent designer, developer, and project manager keep the decision history from month to month. You are not re-briefing a new freelancer every cycle.
Can I pause or cancel the subscription?
Plans are billed monthly. We agree pause and cancellation terms in writing before you start, so nothing changes mid-engagement without your sign-off.
