What happens after I submit the form?
Your project details give the team enough context to assess fit. We typically reply within one business day with a few follow-up questions about scope and timing. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
How do you scope an engagement?
Every project is scoped in writing after a short call about your goals, timeline, and requirements. Engagement models are on our Pricing page, and we will invite you to an online consultation to walk through the details. For ongoing work after launch, our Design Subscription covers maintenance on a monthly plan.
Can we talk before I fill anything in?

Do you work with companies outside Taiwan?
Yes. We are based in Taipei with offices in Manila and the United States, and we run projects in both English and Chinese.
How long does a project take?
An average full project runs about six weeks, including design, build, copy, and integrations. If your Figma designs are finished, a development-only build usually ships in under two weeks, and a Design Sprint takes five days.
Which platforms do you build on?
Webflow, Shopify and Shopify Plus, WordPress and WooCommerce, and headless stacks with React, Contentful, and Strapi. We recommend the platform after we understand the content, team, and integrations, not before.
Who actually does the work?
Our own design, engineering, and project team. The people you meet on the first call are the people who ship the work, so you are not re-briefing a new freelancer every cycle.
Who owns the work when it is done?
You do. Agreed project deliverables transfer to you on full payment, and the platform accounts we build on are handed off to your team. Each party keeps its pre-existing materials, as set out in the written agreement.
What happens after launch?
People who already know the decisions can stay involved. Ongoing work runs through our Design Subscription retainer, and we also cover managed hosting and WordPress speed work when the stack calls for it.
What do you need from me to get a quote?
The goal, a rough scope, and your timeline. From there we walk the details in a short call and put the estimate in writing, so the number you plan around is the number we committed to.
