Established in 1973, TSRC, formerly known as Taiwan Synthetic Rubber Corp., has become a leader in the synthetic rubber industry. As their business and products offer grew, the old website no longer fitted their needs.The goal was to transform our partner, a traditional manufacturer, to a global contender for high value/speciality rubber.
We aimed for something bigger than a website revamp and took on a business development point of view.
As a result, we revisited the information architecture and categorized information into different sections such as CSR (corporate social responsbility) to best reflect the value of TSRC.
TSRC’s dedictaion to innovation has lead the company to have an array of products. From users’ point of view, it could be challenging to find the product they’re interested in when they have so many choices.
So we built a product search function that guides users through by choosing the market, the application and product type to find the products they would need.
With the aim to transform our partner to a global contender for high value/speciality rubber, the revamped website is more than just good looking. It reflects TSRC’s brand image, carries multi-languages and offers a product search function that makes finding the right products easier and faster. A website that can truly grow with TSRC for years to come.
