The Taiwan Impact Investment Association (TIIA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting impact investment by utilizing capital to support projects that generate positive social, environmental, and economic impacts. The association’s mission is to connect investors, businesses, and social organizations, enabling capital to have a more positive effect. One of the association’s most important annual events is the Taiwan Impact Investment Forum (TIIF), which brings together experts, investors, and business leaders from various fields to discuss how investment can create greater social impact.
For the 2024 forum’s website design, we emphasized the consistency with the Taiwan Impact Investment Association's visual identity. The association’s brand language has always focused on professionalism and trustworthiness. Therefore, in this website design, we continued to use the same visual elements, including the association’s signature colors, fonts, and design elements, ensuring the website clearly communicates the event’s key messages. Visitors immediately experience the core values of the association. This consistency not only strengthens the brand’s recognition but also enhances the website’s visibility, providing a seamless visual experience for visitors switching between different digital platforms.
In terms of UI design, we specifically addressed one of the key issues from previous forum websites—the speaker section. In prior years, many visitors reported difficulty in browsing detailed speaker information, and the layout was disorganized, leading to a poor user experience. Therefore, we made several improvements in this redesign. Now, the speaker section allows users to easily access detailed information for each speaker, with a much more structured layout.
Additionally, this website design incorporates a content management system (CMS) in many areas, including the forum’s purpose, speaker information, impact focus, and ticket sections. These areas can now be easily updated through the backend, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The CMS also improves efficiency, ensuring that event details are promptly and accurately presented to users. Given that the forum’s website will need to be updated continuously, this content management approach ensures that the site remains up to date while minimizing the technical burden.
In conclusion, the design of this year’s Impact Investment Forum website successfully integrates the association’s brand identity with user needs. Through visual design, we reinforced the website’s professionalism and user-friendliness, while also optimizing functionality to address previous issues. The introduction of the content management system further reduces the technical maintenance costs, ensuring the site operates efficiently in the long term. This creates a powerful and visually appealing digital platform for the Taiwan Impact Investment Association.
