

Spark Protein creates healthy protein snacks tailored to local Taiwanese taste—born from a successful 2018 crowdfunding campaign. Founded by friends who love sports and nutrition, they're bringing a fresh alternative to imported, overly sweet whey products.

We built their brand from the ground up with photo shoots, packaging, and website design aimed at young office workers and health-conscious parents. Our role spanned user research, product marketing, and design strategy—strengthening their presence across every touchpoint.

A smooth checkout flow drives conversions, so we designed a fix-bottom cart button that lets customers add products while browsing. This mobile-first approach removes friction from purchase decisions and matches the responsive design standard that today's shoppers expect.

Based on the questionnaire results and feedbacks, the market acknowledges whey protein only as athletics nutrition. To flipping the tendentiously cognition around, we planned out the ingredient knowledge base to speak the word out. By introducing a lifestyle blended in the compelling design, we proudly present Spark with a new visual direction that balances with diversity.

With the launch of the new eCommerce website, Spark has increased its conversion rate by 9.17% and transaction rate by 9.44%.We saw the most exciting change from all of our efforts, with a 24.45% increase in revenue and 13.72% in average order value (AOV) within the first 3 months since the new eCommerce website's launch.
