

FarEastone Telecom's 600,000 monthly active users needed a complete ecosystem redesign. The mobile app—already a strong market presence in Taiwan—would expand beyond telecom into entertainment, gaming, food, and retail. Our team redesigned it from the ground up to make this transformation seamless.

We introduced the "Life Circle"—a feature that lets users redeem loyalty points for food and entertainment rewards. This single addition bridges telecom services with lifestyle spending and instantly differentiates FarEastone in a crowded market.
