5.2 Your Inputs and Outputs

  • Inputs: You may provide text, data, images, or other material to the Services ("Inputs"). You retain all ownership rights to your Inputs.
  • Outputs: The Services generate responses, text, images, or other data based on your Inputs ("Outputs"). Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tenten AI assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the Outputs.
  • License to Us: By using the Services, you grant Tenten AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your Inputs and Outputs solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving our Services, and complying with applicable law.
  • AI Limitations: Due to the nature of machine learning, Outputs may not be unique across users. The Services may generate the same or similar output for other users. You understand that AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise flawed ("hallucinations"). You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying Outputs before relying on or publishing them.

If you purchase a paid subscription to our Services:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees related to your subscription tier.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TENTEN DIGITAL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST SIX (6) MONTHS.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tenten AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your Inputs/Outputs, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
