The pitch
Most internships teach you how things used to work. This one teaches you how things work now. At Tenten, every person, including interns, runs on AI.
You won't shadow anyone. You'll ship real work for real clients across Design, Development, and AI Marketing. The difference between you and a senior team member is reps. This program gives you three months of them, compressed by AI.

Your three rotations
Design
Go from brief to live website in Figma and Webflow, using Claude to generate layout concepts, copy, and design system iterations.
Development
Build with Claude Code as your pair programmer. Webflow, Shopify Plus, headless CMS, and Next.js are all in scope.
AI Marketing
Run GEO experiments, draft bilingual content, and turn research into campaign assets that actually ship.

How this is different
- You ship from week one not after a 3-month onboarding. AI compresses the learning curve, and you'll produce client-grade work faster than you expect.
- You rotate across pillars so you learn how design, development, and marketing connect instead of being locked into one function.
- You learn the AI-native way of working how to think with AI, delegate to AI, and ship with AI as the default workflow.
- You work on real clients ASUS, NVIDIA, Qualcomm, TSMC tier. Not fake briefs. Not projects nobody sees.

What we look for
- You already use AI daily. You don't need convincing; you need a place that works the same way you do.
- You make things: side projects, blogs, designs, bots, automations, newsletters, or GitHub repos.
- You can commit 3 months. This is a real training arc with a real outcome.
- You write well in at least one language and can work in both English and Chinese.
- No degree, age, or background requirements.
