How we hire
What we are looking for
We care about what you can do, not where you learned to do it. If you've built something with AI, automated a workflow, or shipped a side project, put that at the top of your resume.
The single most important signal in your application is one short answer: "Show us one thing you've done with an AI tool that made your work better." We read this before we read your resume.
The interview process
1. Apply
Submit your resume, LinkedIn, and answer the AI question. We also accept applications via CakeResume, LinkedIn, and Yourator.
2. Async screen
We score AI fluency, writing quality, relevance, and self-direction. Candidates scoring 12+ move forward.
3. Interview
30-minute conversation on Google Meet or onsite. Walk us through your work, show your AI workflow, and ask us anything.
4. References & offer
Two references, a culture chat with a future teammate, and a verbal offer within 48 hours.
