Cubo Ai is a Taiwan technology company that specializes in developing smart baby monitors to help parents monitor their infants’ safety and wellbeing. Cubo Ai is focused on developing smart baby monitors that use artificial intelligence to provide advanced features such as real-time breathing monitoring, face detection, and cry detection. They approached Tenten to help them redesign their website and improve the overall user experience.
Cubo Ai had several challenges with their previous website. The design was outdated, and the website was cluttered with too much technical information, the users had a hard time finding the information they needed. The website was also not good enough optimized for mobile devices, which meant that users had a poor experience when accessing the site on their smartphones or tablets.
Their main goal was to redesign the website to make it more modern, user-friendly, and optimized for mobile devices. They also wanted to improve the overall user experience, make it easier for customers to find the information they needed, and increase conversion rates.
Tenten began the redesign process by conducting research to understand Cubo Ai’s target audience, their needs, and pain points. Tenten also conducted a competitor analysis to understand how other companies in the same industry were designing their websites.Based on the research findings, Tenten created wireframes and prototypes to test different design concepts and layouts. Tenten also created a new information architecture that would make it easier for users to find the information they needed.
We used a mobile-first design approach to ensure that the website was optimized for mobile devices. Tenten also used a clean and modern design style to make the website visually appealing and easy to navigate. The new design also included few high-quality image and videos to showcase Cubo Ai’s products and features.To improve the user experience, Tenten added several sections to the website, including extensive animations showcasing Cubo AI's technology and product features, a product configurator, and an optimized coupon and checkout process, making it easier for customers to purchase Cubo AI products.
In addition, interactive product demos were incorporated into the website design to showcase Cubo Ai's products and features in a more engaging way. These interactive demos included product views, animated videos, and interactive product tours.Overall, the redesign was a success, with the new design and features improving the user experience and increasing conversion rates.
