✔️ Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with other designers to develop and expand product design patterns. Coordinate with product managers to create wireframes for new products. Consistently work to improve user experience in the existing development by acquiring research outputs from product and marketing teams—design high fidelity designs for new features using Figma. Coordinate with product managers and engineers to iterate designs to meet organizational priorities—ability to convert user input and feedback into strategically informed changes to the product.
✒️ Requirements:
An online portfolio with the mobile app or web design samples. Proficient in Figma and have an understanding of Components Libraries Prototyping
Follow existing design guidelines when expanding the product.
🔥 Nice to Haves:
Experience creating, updating, and maintaining design systems A personal presence in the Cardano NFT ecosystem. Experience using NFT marketplaces on other Blockchains.

Confident in communicating in English. Ability to provide feedback and critique. Self-driven and motivated. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
