\u7684\u8981\u9ede\uff0c\u4e26\u89e3\u91cb\u516c\u53f8\u61c9\u8a72\u63a1\u53d6\u600e\u6a23\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\u56e0\u61c9\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u76ee\u9304<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662fGDPR <\/li>\n<li>\u5728\u7406\u89e3GDPR\u6642\u9700\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u4e00\u9ede <\/li>\n<li>\u53d7GDPR\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u4e2d\u570b\u8207\u53f0\u7063\u7d44\u7e54<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662fGDPR<\/h2>\n<p>\u7531\u6b50\u6d32\u8b70\u6703\uff0c\u6b50\u6d32\u7406\u4e8b\u6703\u548c\u6b50\u76df\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u5236\u5b9a\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\u4fdd\u8b77\u6846\u67b6\u3002 \u201c\u6b50\u76df\u4e00\u822c\u6578\u64da\u4fdd\u8b77\u689d\u4f8b\u201d\uff08GDPR\uff1aGeneral Data Protection Regulation\uff09\u662f\u6b63\u5f0f\u540d\u7a31\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u96d6\u7136\u5728\u5168\u7403\u5316\u548c\u96f2\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u64f4\u5927\u4ee5\u53ca\u6240\u7372\u53d6\u548c\u5206\u6790\u7684\u6578\u64da\u5927\u91cf\u589e\u52a0\uff08\u7a31\u70ba\u5927\u6578\u64da\uff09\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c\u4fdd\u8b77\u500b\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u7531\u65bc\u7db2\u7d61\u653b\u64ca\uff0c\u5167\u90e8\u6b3a\u8a50\u7b49\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u500b\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\u4e5f\u96a8\u4e4b\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u4fe1\u606f\u6d29\u6f0f\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u4e5f\u8fc5\u901f\u4e0a\u5347\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1995\u5e74\u5236\u5b9a\u4e86\u6b50\u76df\u6578\u64da\u4fdd\u8b77\u6307\u4ee4\uff0c\u4f46GDPR\u4f5c\u70ba\u66f4\u70ba\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u65b9\u5f0f\u751f\u6548\u3002 \u5b83\u65e8\u5728\u91cd\u65b0\u63a7\u5236\u500b\u4eba\u6578\u64da\u4e26\u52a0\u5f37\u5c0d\u6b50\u76df\uff08\u6b50\u76df\uff09\u5167\u6240\u6709\u500b\u4eba\uff08\u516c\u6c11\u548c\u5c45\u6c11\uff09\u7684\u4fdd\u8b77\u3002 GDPR\u5c07\u65bc2012\u5e74\u8d77\u8349\uff0c\u65bc2016\u5e744\u6708\u901a\u904e\uff0c\u4f75\u8a08\u5283\u65bc2018\u5e745\u670825\u65e5\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u8a31\u591a\u95dc\u65bc\u4f01\u696d\u6536\u96c6\u548c\u8655\u7406\u500b\u4eba\u6578\u64da\u7684\u898f\u7bc4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u6578\u64da\u4fdd\u8b77\u6307\u4ee4\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u201c\u6307\u4ee4\u201d\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6bcf\u500b\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5206\u5225\u767c\u5e03\uff0c\u4f46\u7531\u65bcGDPR\u662f\u201c\u6cd5\u898f\u201d\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u6b50\u76df\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u5171\u540c\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u662f\u5426\u901a\u7528\u5176\u4e2d\u6709\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u5dee\u7570\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u5728\u7406\u89e3GDPR\u6642\u9700\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u4e00\u9ede<\/h2>\n<p>\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u4f86\u770b\u770b\u9010\u500b\u7406\u89e3GDPR\u6240\u9700\u7684\u5e7e\u9ede\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u3010\u6578\u64da\u8655\u7406\u3011<\/h3>\n<p>\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\uff08\u59d3\u540d\u548c\u4fe1\u7528\u5361\u865f\u78bc\uff09\u3002 \u516c\u53f8\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u516c\u53f8\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u6b7b\u8005\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u5b8c\u5168\u533f\u540d\u7684\u6578\u64da\u88ab\u6392\u9664\u5728\u5916\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u3010\u61c9\u7528\u5c0d\u8c61\u3011<\/h3>\n<p>\u4f4d\u65bc\u6b50\u76df\u7684\u6578\u64da\u7ba1\u7406\u54e1\uff08\u5f9e\u6b50\u76df\u5c45\u6c11\u6536\u96c6\u6578\u64da\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\uff09\u6216\u8655\u7406\u5668\uff08\u5c07\u6578\u64da\u4f5c\u70ba\u6578\u64da\u7ba1\u7406\u54e1\u4ee3\u8868\u8655\u7406\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\uff09\u6216\u6578\u64da\u5be6\u9ad4\uff08\u500b\u4eba\uff09\u3002 \u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u6b50\u76df\u6c92\u6709\u57fa\u5730\uff0c\u5728\u5411\u6b50\u76df\u5c45\u6c11\u63d0\u4f9b\u6216\u76e3\u6e2c\u7522\u54c1\u6216\u670d\u52d9\u6642\u4e5f\u5728\u898f\u7bc4\u5167\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u3010\u7fa9\u52d9\u5167\u5bb9\u3011<\/h3>\n<h4>\u500b\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\u7684\u8655\u7406<\/h4>\n<p>\u5e7e\u4e4e\u6240\u6709\u8981\u5c0d\u500b\u4eba\u6578\u64da\u57f7\u884c\u7684\u64cd\u4f5c\uff08\u5982\u6536\u96c6\uff0c\u5b58\u5132\uff0c\u66f4\u6539\uff0c\u62ab\u9732\uff0c\u700f\u89bd\u548c\u522a\u9664\uff09\u90fd\u8207\u8655\u7406\u76f8\u5c0d\u61c9 \u5fc5\u9808\u6307\u5b9a\u8981\u8655\u7406\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u6578\u64da\u53ca\u5176\u904e\u7a0b<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u70ba\u4e86\u6536\u96c6\u548c\u4f7f\u7528\u500b\u4eba\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u660e\u78ba\u505a\u51fa\u6709\u6548\u7684\u540c\u610f<\/li>\n<li>\u70ba\u4e86\u8655\u7406\u548c\u5b58\u5132\u500b\u4eba\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u61c9\u63a1\u53d6\u9069\u7576\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u63a7\u5236\u63aa\u65bd<\/li>\n<li>\u500b\u4eba\u6578\u64da\u4e0d\u5f97\u8d85\u904e\u5be6\u73fe\u8655\u7406\u500b\u4eba\u6578\u64da\u76ee\u7684\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6642\u9593<\/li>\n<li>\u5982\u767c\u751f\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\u4fb5\u6b0a\uff08\u4fe1\u606f\u6d29\u9732\uff09\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u61c9\u572872\u5c0f\u6642\u5167\u901a\u77e5\u76e3\u7763\u6a5f\u69cb\u3002 \u53e6\u5916\u9808\u6beb\u4e0d\u62d6\u5ef6\u5730\u901a\u77e5\u6578\u64da\u5be6\u9ad4\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5b9a\u671f\u8655\u7406\u5927\u91cf\u500b\u4eba\u6578\u64da\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u6b50\u6d32\u6307\u5b9a\u4e00\u540d\u6578\u64da\u4fdd\u8b77\u5b98\u54e1\u548c\u4e00\u540d\u4ee3\u8868\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\u500b\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\u7684\u50b3\u905e<\/h4>\n<p>\u539f\u5247\u4e0a\u7981\u6b62\u5c07 EEA\uff08\u6b50\u6d32\u7d93\u6fdf\u5340\uff09\u5167\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u6578\u64da\u50b3\u8f38\u5230\u570b\u5916\uff08\u7b2c\u4e09\u570b\uff09<\/p>\n<h2>\u898f\u7bc4: \u6240\u6709\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u7db2\u7ad9\/ App \u90fd\u5fc5\u9808\u6eff\u8db3\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u500b\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u53d6\u5f97\u7528\u6236\u78ba\u8a8d\u95dc\u65bc\u8cc7\u6599\u8490\u96c6\u7684\u5354\u8b70<\/li>\n<li>\u5efa\u7acb\u7d04\u675f\u6027\u7684\u898f\u5247\u4e26\u5217\u65bc\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e0a<\/li>\n<li>\u8cc7\u6599\u6536\u96c6\u6a19\u6e96\u5408\u540c\u689d\u6b3e\uff08SCC\uff09<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>[\u5236\u88c1]<\/h2>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u9055\u53cd\u4e0a\u8ff0GDPR\u898f\u5b9a\u7684\u7fa9\u52d9\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u6703\u4ee5\u4f01\u696d\u4e0a\u4e00\u5e74\u5ea6\u7684\u5168\u7403\u92b7\u552e\u984d\u76844\uff05\u6216\u6700\u9ad8 2000\u842c\u6b50\u5143\uff08\u7d04 70140 \u5104\u53f0\u5e63\uff09- \u5176\u4e2d\u63a1\u53d6\u8f03\u9ad8\u91d1\u984d\u70ba\u7f70\u6b3e\u9019\u4e00\u9ede\u3002 \uff08\u201c\u5168\u7403\u92b7\u552e\u201d\u662f\u6307\u5982\u679c\u6b50\u76df\u7684\u4e00\u5bb6\u5b50\u516c\u53f8\u9055\u53cdGDPR\uff0c\u5c07\u5c0d\u96c6\u5718\u5408\u4f75\u5be6\u65bd\u5236\u88c1\u3002\uff09<\/p>\n<h3>\u53d7GDPR\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u4e2d\u570b\u8207\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u6216\u7d44\u7e54<\/h3>\n<p>\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u8207\u53f0\u7063: \u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e09\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\u5176\u7d44\u7e54\u548c\u6a5f\u69cb\u4e5f\u6703\u53d7\u5230 GDPR \u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u6b50\u76df\u64c1\u6709\u5b50\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u5206\u652f\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u92b7\u552e\u8fa6\u4e8b\u8655\u548c\u4ee3\u8868\u8655<\/li>\n<li>\u516c\u53f8\u5f9e\u4e2d\u570b\u8207\u53f0\u7063\u5411\u6b50\u76df\u63d0\u4f9b\u8ca8\u7269\u548c\u670d\u52d9<\/li>\n<li>\u6211\u5011\u53d7\u8a17\u8655\u7406\u4f86\u81ea\u6b50\u76df\uff08\u6578\u64da\u4e2d\u5fc3\u696d\u52d9\u5be6\u9ad4\uff0c\u96f2\u4f9b\u61c9\u5546\u7b49\uff09\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u6578\u64da\uff0c<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5728\u6b50\u76df\u8a2d\u7acb\u5206\u652f\u6a5f\u69cb\u6216\u92b7\u552e\u8fa6\u4e8b\u8655\u4e26\u8058\u8acb\u7576\u5730\u54e1\u5de5\u70ba\u50f1\u54e1\uff0c\u5247\u9700\u8981\u63a1\u53d6\u63aa\u65bd\u6839\u64daGDPR\u4fdd\u8b77\u54e1\u5de5\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u6578\u64da\u3002 \u8a31\u591a\u516c\u53f8\u5df2\u6839\u64da1995\u5e74\u5236\u5b9a\u7684\u6b50\u76df\u6578\u64da\u4fdd\u8b77\u6307\u4ee4\u958b\u767c\u4e86\u500b\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\u4fdd\u8b77\u7ba1\u7406\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u57282018\u5e74\u5be6\u65bdGDPR\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u66f4\u56b4\u683c\u51fd\u6388\u662f\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u60a8\u6c92\u6709\u6d77\u5916\u57fa\u5730\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5c45\u6c11\u5728\u5f9e\u4e2d\u570b\u8207\u53f0\u7063\u7db2\u7ad9\u8cfc\u8cb7\u5546\u54c1\u6642\u4e5f\u6703\u8f38\u5165\u540d\u7a31\uff0c\u96fb\u8a71\u865f\u78bc\uff0c\u4fe1\u7528\u5361\u865f\u78bc\u7b49\uff0c\u9019\u9ede\u4e5f\u5fc5\u9808\u6eff\u8db3
